Paper Mountain is home to 25 studios and at least that many artists, film makers, writers and performance makers. All studios are open-plan: spaces are marked on the floor and artists provide their own furniture and partitions as required. We have a kitchen, air-conditioning, a shared downstairs courtyard and pangender toilets. Artists have 24 hour access to the building and the best coffee in Northbridge is available during the day from Little Willies downstairs! General tenancy agreement terms are for six months with option to continue – our lease periods are November-April and May-October with possible openings at various times of the year.

STUDIO RATES:
Small (2m x 1.75m) – $173/month
Standard (2m x 3.5m) – $346/month
